All PPF kits sold by Duroguardz are precision-cut for specific vehicle makes, models, and years. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The vehicle details provided (make, model, year) are accurate and complete
- You understand that PPF kits are cut-to-order and may not be returned if incorrect vehicle details were provided
- You have reviewed the product description and confirmed it matches your requirements
Duroguardz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, with a full refund issued in such cases.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as listed at checkout
- Duroguardz is not responsible for additional bank charges or transaction fees
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders pan-India from our facility in Kerala. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for most locations. Remote areas may require additional time. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
5. Warranty
All Duroguardz PPF kits come with a 5-year warranty covering film delamination, yellowing, bubbling and cracking under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, accidents, or chemical exposure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on duroguardz.com including text, images, logos, and product designs are the property of Duroguardz. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Duroguardz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

1. Our Return Policy
At Duroguardz, we take pride in the quality of our PPF kits and want every customer to be fully satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The product is unused and unopened in its original packaging
- The product has not been cut, applied, or altered in any way
- Proof of purchase (order number or WhatsApp order confirmation) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-cut kits made to specific vehicle specifications — these are cut-to-order and cannot be resold
- Products that have been opened, used, or installed
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
- Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method

4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong vehicle model, we offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We will ship the replacement kit once the original is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take photos immediately and contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement with priority dispatch at no extra cost to you.
6. Warranty Claims
All kits come with a 5-year film warranty. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We process warranty claims within 48 hours and resolve them with a replacement or repair at no cost.

Custom-cut kit orders may require up to 3 business days for preparation before dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be confirmed before payment. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — contact us for current offers.

We ship through reliable courier partners including DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post depending on your location. We always choose the fastest and most reliable option for your area.
5. Order Tracking

6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos immediately and contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
7. Undelivered or Lost Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours. We will raise a dispute with the courier and resolve the issue. Lost orders will be replaced or refunded in full.
